Refunds will be processed through Stripe using the original payment method.
Refunds will be initiated as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 7 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the guest’s account depends on the guest’s bank, card issuer, and payment provider.
Chill Sail is not responsible for any delays in refund processing, exchange rate differences, bank charges, card issuer fees, or any other fees imposed by financial institutions or payment providers.
Refunds are granted only when the trip is cancelled by Chill Sail or where required by applicable law.
